  • How soon will my order ship?

    We are 24 hours online. We will do our best to ship in stock parts out same day but please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
    Some products may require special processes to produce and may take between 7-30 days to prepare depending on the quantity.

  • I ordered 200 parts, but received 5 items short.Where is the rest of my order?

    As all our orders are very large, in a few cases there may be a few under-shipments. Please contact us and we will send you a replacement in your next order.
  • What do I do if I have a problem with my order once I receive it?

    Email us! Your email that documents the problem (damage claim, shipped wrong parts, shipped but missing parts, etc.) is immediately sent to management for priority handling.

    As a rule, you will not receive a product with quality problems, as our products are quality checked many times under monitoring before dispatch. In case it is a problem with our products, we will send you a replacement in the next order.

    Therefore, please make sure that customers check the goods in front of the logistics when they receive them. If the problem of product breakage is caused by logistics, please negotiate with the logistics company.


  • What is your return policy?

    We handle returns fairly. In most cases, shipping charges incurred to you will not be refunded.The same goes for shipping back to us,you will need to cover the shipping costs. Every case is handled a little differently depending on circumstances and we do try very hard to be fair.


Our company covering 5000 square meters including workshop and warehouse. Develop more than 200+ molds for new products every month.
